We love this delicious start to the day. Toasted grain free granola made with a mixture of cashews, hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, coconut flakes, honey, cinnamon , nutmeg sitting on a bed of coconut greek style yoghurt, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.

Rich in natural protein and healthy fats, essential for maintaining healthy arteries, brain function, decreasing systemic inflammation and keeps you going for longer.

Pomegranates have anti-oxidant, anti-viral and anti-tumor properties and are said to be a good source of vitamins, especially vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E, as well as folic acid. This amazing fruit consists of three times as many antioxidants as green tea.

Best bit, it tastes great.
